We forget so much

I write a lot about filtered memories, we forget what we’ve said, done, but never how things have made us feel.
Therefore I don’t know if arguments are going to solve anything or if they’re just an excuse to attach blame on other people.
Do we deconstruct sentiments so severely that they begin to change and lose meaning?
And again, what’s still real and relevant? Are we suddenly trusting a lie so there is something worth reacting to?
